Rescue mission turned recovery mission in south Columbus quarry

Thursday night hopes were high as divers searched a quarry in south Columbus for a man who reportedly was struggling to keep afloat. According to the police, witnesses said he was calling for help. Divers combed the area without finding the man, and the search might continue Friday morning, but police say the man is believed to have drowned.
