Roseen Milanov new director of Columbus Symphony Orchestra

The Columbus Symphony Orchestra gaining expertise in its new music director, Roseen Milanov. He has served as director at Princeton Symphony Orchestra, Principal Conductor of Orquesta Sinfónica del Principado de Asturias in Spain and worked at the Philadelphia Orchestra as artistic director. Milanov will begin his tenure during the 2015 to 2016 season and will continue for four years following. “He brings a passion, creativity, and vision to symphonic music that, when coupled with our extraordinary talented group of musicians, will enable the CSO to deepen its pursuit of artistic excellence and its connection with the community,” Lisa Barton, CSO Board Chair, said, according to Columbus Underground.
