School superintendent looking at child porn charges

The superintendent of Union Local Schools who has run into legal trouble was previously a Columbus principal at a Canal Winchester school. Douglas Thoburn has been charged with pandering obscenity involving a minor. Essentially the charges boils down to buying, selling or having child pornography. He posted $60,000 in bail for the four charges.
