Radio makes a return at school

A committee that oversees the state’s emergency radio system is getting an update on a plan that puts radios in schools. The committee wants schools to be able to use the Ohio Multi-Agency Radio Communication System to alert first responders that police are needed. The radio system uses wireless technology that helps first responders send and receive clear, reliable communications throughout Ohio.
