A man has been charged for drug possession or abuse after a police investigation began at his senior housing apartment. An informant notified the police that the man, Donald Oliver had been selling crack cocaine from his apartment (and the informant knew after already purchasing the good several times). After setting up a controlled drug purchase where the informant bought crack cocaine on the city’s money, the police got a warrant to search the house where they found 23 grams of cocaine along with 270 grams of pot, cash and other items. Oliver had been arrested previously for other charges of drug trafficking, according to NBC4.
