Columbus school superintendent Gene Harris is under fire…still. This time it is more personal though. In the aftermath of the data-scrubbing scandal uncovered by the Dispatch in 2012, Harris has been under scrutiny for her role, or lack there of in the taking out or modifying of schools’ data. Monday she was issued a subpoena for her personnel file, disciplinary file, investigative records and any emails pertaining to the scandal, according to the Dispatch. The superintendent denied any knowledge of the data scrubbing, and the subpoena is the first time she is being investigated for a role.
