Thousands still without power, more storms tonight

Just before 3 p.m., Franklin County still has about 1,600 without power after last nights storm, and more storms are rolling in tonight. (Sorry if you had outdoor plans, they probably aren’t happening anymore.) Last night there was nearly 7,000 outages according to NBC4. To keep an eye on AEP power outages, click here.
