Toddler injured while crossing the street

Thursday night a woman walked a toddler in a stroller across the street, when a car hit them. Ashley McCauslin, 20, was pushing a 2 year-old in a stroller and she was taken to Mount Carmel West Hospital in stable condition and the child has been taken to Nationwide Children’s in serious condition. The driver was Guillermo Vazquez, 19, and at the time it does not appear the drugs or alcohol were involved in the crash and the crash is still under investigation.
