Stephen J. Tully’s trial was set for Tuesday morning, but since he got a new lawyer on the case, the lawyer has said he will need more time to prepare. Currently Tully is out of jail on bond, and faces charges concerning exposing himself to a 16-year-old girl in the parking lot of his apartment complex. He also pleaded guilty to a very similar misdemeanor in 2009, according to ABC6, and during that incident he stood naked at his window waiting for neighbors to see him. Additionally this summer, Grove City police accused him of exposing himself to a 15-year-old girl while at a hotel pool and telling the girl, “this is for you,” the station reported.
