Museum announces date for unveiling of new wing
The Columbus Museum of Art, a place used to unveiling the impressive, has announced the date that we’ll all get our first look at their new creation. The museum’s new 50,000-square foot wing will open to the public on October 25th. The opening of the expansion will mark the end of the 3-tiered Art Matters campaign. The improvements include additional exhibition space and a new restaurant area. Administrators say that all of the work will have been well worth it and will transform the museum into a unique meeting and special events complex. (jj)
