4-goal effort not enough for CBJ

It was a high-scoring affair in Winnipeg Thursday night with the Jets hosting the Blue Jackets.
Winnipeg scored the first three goals of the game, all in period one, leaving the CBJ in a hole from which they could never climb out. Columbus recorded one score each from Boone Jenner and Scott Hartnell…and two goals off the stick of Cam Atkinson. It wasn’t enough.
Final: Winnipeg 6, Columbus 4
Next play for the CBJ is Saturday night at home vs the New York Islanders.
