CBJ 2015-2016 season schedule revealed
The Columbus Blue Jackets have released their 2015-2016 season schedule. The CBJ will waste no time in getting into some serious competition…opening at home on Friday, October 9th vs the New York Rangers. Fans will love to see that most of team’s games will take place on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. And nearly half of Columbus’ home games will be on Fridays and Saturdays. Per league rules, we will visit every other team in the league at least once and every team will come here.
In other Blue Jackets news, the team is gearing up to host their annual 1st round draft party this Friday night. This year, the party is being moved outside to the Front Street Plaza for fans to catch the opening round of the NHL Draft LIVE from Florida. The CBJ promises a good time with food, music, fun for the kids and appearances by player Boone Jenner and last year’s team first-round pick Sonny Milano. Party begins at 5pm. Draft begins at 7pm.
