Fun fore all: footgolf comes to Grove City

Leave it to Grove City to break barriers. GC is set to get the nation’s first course specifically designed for the sport of footgolf. Construction of the new nine-hole course was unanimously approved by township trustees this week.

For the uninitiated, footgolf is exactly what you would think that it is…a combination between soccer and golf. A number of golf clubs in the area have added footgolf holes to allow for play, but this will be the first course built with the sport in mind.  (jj)
