It’s going to cost you a pretty penny to see OSU v Oregon

Next week’s championship game between OSU and Oregon is already raising the stakes; on your wallet. Ticket prices start at $470, and online ticket sellers are reporting that sales for premium seats could go as high as $5,000. Fans who might be interested in buying tickets through the Athletic Department website can now submit their request.

The university gets about 20,000 tickets for the championship game and will open up ticket sales to the general public (wait list) after priority requests* are filled. Priority ordering for donor groups, season ticket holders, and Varsity O Football members concluded this morning at 9:00 a.m.

With ticket prices like these, it really does seem like everything is bigger in Texas.
