Fans of adult beverages, rejoice. THE Ohio State University has announced today the expansion of beer and wine sales at school athletic events.
The new policy will affect basketball and hockey games hosted at the Schottenstein Center. (Sorry, football fans. You’re still waiting.)
Alcohol had previously been available only on the Schottenstein Center’s club level, but fans throughout the venue will now have the ability to enjoy the 21 and over libations. The new booze availability will begin with this Sunday’s men’s basketball game vs Mount St. Mary’s.
Enjoy. (jj)
