With the Columbus Crew SC carrying a 2 – 0 aggregate lead into Sunday night’s Leg Two of the MLS Eastern Conference Finals vs the Red Bulls, the boys in black and gold were already at a solid advantage. It held up.
Columbus went on to claim a 2 – 1 aggregate win in the series. Crew SC wins the Eastern Conference and earns a place in the MLS Final vs the Portland Timbers next Sunday (12/6) at MAPFRE Stadium. (jj)
