Urban cashes-in at Ohio State
Ohio State’s run to the national title brought more than just fanfare and hoopla, more than the renaming of streets and cities in the Buckeye state, more than an appearance with David Letterman, more than stylish headphones from LeBron. The post-season run also brought big stacks of dough for Urban Meyer and his staff. The coach raked in $400,000 in bonuses for his post-season efforts. In all, bonuses handed out to Urban and his staff totaled nearly $2 million. To break it down, that’s roughly $82 for each of the 24,181 students enrolled at the University of Oregon. (jj)
