The residents of Clintonville are about the get a first: Lineage Brewing, opening this April, will be the area’s first local beer eatery. The brewery, which was fermented from the mind of four Cburs, will open this spring in the former spot of car wash/drive-thru (2971 N High St.). And whats so awesome about using a former car wash? When the weather is cooperating, Lineage will roll up the garage door for an easy, breezy, brewing experience.
The 3,000 square-foot space will seat about 60 inside and 20 on the patio. And to start-off, they’ll serve about five to six brews, but plan on offering eight to ten by the end of the year. I know we had “dense fog” this morning, but the sun’s out now – which is REALLY making me exited for this brewery’s garage door opening. (deb)
