It’s all about the breakfast at Bob Evans
Bob Evans has quite the extensive menu, but by far the most notable thing about its food are the breakfast options. And the restaurant chain knows that. So, it’s putting the emphasis back on the most important meal of the day. Bob Evans is revising their menu, giving its top-selling items like pancakes more prominence and also trimming down the amount of dishes served. The goal is for the restaurant to better align itself with customer wants, while also taking a good look at what’s the best money-maker.
