Its a new option for everyone on campus. Blaze Fast Fire’d pizza is set to open its doors to the public on Thursday. The Pasadena, California-based chain is making its Columbus debut in the spot most recently occupied by Red Robin’s Burger Works at 1708 North High. The quick-service pizza joint operates on the now-familiar assembly line system (think Chipotle, Piada, Subway) and cooks up an 11-inch pizza in about three minutes. The cost averages less than $8 per pie.
As an added bonus for those wanting to try Blaze in its debut, they are offering free pizza on Friday from 11am to 9pm for anyone that follows them on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. (jj)
