With some help from an IndieGogo campaign, there just might be more Sophie’s Gourmet Pierogi in store for 2015. The food cart’s owner, Stephen Redzinak, is hoping to raise $20,000 for a new food truck. He explains, “We’re a little limited with what we can do on the cart. The truck is going to give us more room for to make them, more room to store them.”
The IndieGogo campaign runs until March 12, and there are some sweet rewards for those looking to contribute: tshirts, a whole month or even a whole year of pierogis, and private parties. The only real decision to make is, how many pierogis is too many pierogis?
*Answer: none. You can never have too many pierogis
