World of Beer quenching your thirst, curing your hunger
It seems like everywhere you look, World of Beer has something going on. There’s work going on in the South Campus Gateway with plans to open their new location…complete with patio and beer garden…in time for the start of football season. And at Easton, they’ve been doing work their too. The addition of a second floor mezzanine provides a place to house WOB’s new kitchen. (No more sending out for food for hungry customers.) The bar area downstairs has been expanded to make room for more taps and more seating.
Dreams for the future also include adding a kitchen to World of Beer in the Brewery District…though there are no plans for that just yet. With the historic natures of that building, it would be quite the undertaking to just get permission for such a venture. Besides…for now…World of Beer seems to have plenty on their plate. (jj)
