You’re gonna have to cancel that Bel Lago “Grand Reopening” reservation. The Westerville restaurant is back on the market after closing in December. It was supposed to reopen this summer after some renovation and rebranding from a (undisclosed) new owner, but the deal never went through. (deb)

It’s going to get a bit harder to enjoy those waterfront views. Bel Lago restaurant, best known for its gorgeous panoramic views of the Hoover Reservoir, closed on Monday. But only so that the new owners can rebrand and redesign the 6,000-square-foot space. Its previous owners sold their interest in the restaurant to an undisclosed source and no announcement has been made on when the restaurant will reopen. While the restaurant looks towards new things on the horizon, it seems like the rest of us will just have to play the waiting game on its grand reopening.
