Commission puts off decision about Draft Kings / Fan Duel
In it’s consideration of the legality of daily fantasy sports sites like Draft Kings and Fan Duel, the Statehouse’s Permanent Joint Committee on Gaming and Wagering previously said that they would weigh in by the end of this year. What they’ve decided is that they need more time.
