The Ohio House is expected today to vote on an expansion of concealed carry rights in the state of Ohio. 10TV reports that colleges and daycares would be among the places where gun owners would be permitted to carry their weapons if the proposal becomes law. Those businesses and institutions would still be able to individually ban the weapons on their property. (jj)
