ResponsibleOhio faces voter fraud allegations
The Delaware County Prosecutor is currently considering whether or not to file charges in regards to alleged voter fraud in connection with ResponsibleOhio, the group behind Issue 3…the proposed state constitutional amendment on marijuana legalization.
According to the Columbus Dispatch, Ohio Secretary of State John Husted looked into the matter after after county officials brought it to his attention earlier this month. The issue surrounds possible irregularities with voter registration forms submitted by a company owned by the executive director of ResponsibleOhio. Husted has sent the data to the Delaware County Prosecutor for her consideration.
ResponsibleOhio says that Husted is only pushing the matter because he personally opposes Issue 3. (jj)
