Bicyclist struck and killed during morning rush

Police are continuing to investigate a deadly accident that happened this morning on the streets of Newark. A bicyclist turned left in front of an oncoming vehicle this morning on North 21st Street and was struck. The rider was killed.

Police say that the driver of the vehicle will not be charged.
