*UPDATE* Body found near Polaris Parkway
A man who was reported missing earlier this month is believed to be the body found off the Polaris Parkway ramp along 1-71 S, which was shut down for several hours yesterday. Earlier this month (3/14) the man’s SUV was found running with the radio on near the place where police later discovered the body. At this time, his death hasn’t been ruled a homicide because there’s no evidence to support foul play; cause of death will be determined after an examination by the Delaware County Coroner.
It is expected that his name will be released later today. (deb)

Police have identified the body found this morning near Polaris Parkway. While withholding his name from the public, they do say that he is a male in his 20s, reported missing about ten days ago. Officers received a tip early today that led them to the discovery of the body. At last report, the southbound ramp from eastbound Polaris Parkway remained closed as detectives continue their investigation of the scene. (jj)
