Chicklets at Rhodes Tower

Chicklets at Rhodes Tower

7601607_GOk, it’s not actually the candy that’s making an appearance at the Downtown building. It’s actually a trio of adorably fuzzy baby birds. Three peregrine falcon chicks hatched over the weekend (Curly on 4/25, Fluffy on 4/26, and the third on 4/28), to a mother (Durand) whose nest is on the 41st floor ledge of the Rhodes State Office Tower. And we’ll have to stay tuned, as images show a fourth egg that’s still unhatched. You can watch the falcons live or checkout their blog for written updates. (deb)
