Going bat to school
Holy infestation Batman! Ohio University’s President Roderick McDavis has a flying rodent problem. The university is renting the President and his wife a house while their historic campus home is being renovated due to a bat infestation. But OU is saying that the house already needed some repairs, and David Brightbill (chairman of the university board of trustees) said in a news release, “The bat incursion has merely accelerated a decision-making process that was already underway.”
So basically the school’s stance is: leave the bats out of it. (deb)
