Injuries suffered in head-on crash

Police responded to the scene of a head-on collision on Riverside Drive at around 5am today. The area near Stratford Drive was closed for a time as emergency responders attempted to free a man trapped in the wreckage. There is no word on his condition, but a woman in his vehicle sustained a broken ankle and other injuries. No information is available on the other driver.
