Over the weekend (March 14), police arrested Eugene Elwood Linn, who had made verbal threats and claimed to be part of ISIS, after a Lancaster Walgreen clerk refused to buy him a drink. Linn, according to police reports, also threatened to blow up the store and stab the clerk. Linn left the store (sans drink) and was arrested by police for Aggravated Menacing. (deb)
