Ohio AG finds Planned Parenthood aborted fetuses went to landfills
As controversy grew over the summer surrounding controversial videos claiming to show Planned Parenthood executives arranging to sell fetal body parts for profit, Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine launched an investigation of PP clinics in the Buckeye State.
After examining Ohio’s three clinics, the investigation turned up no evidence of fetal parts being sold for profit. However, violations were discovered.
Each clinic was found to have sent the remains of aborted fetuses to companies that dispose of them in landfills. That would violate Ohio law that says that a fetus should be ‘disposed of in a humane manner.’
Also, the clinic in Bedford Heights, Ohio says that they only use one company for disposal. And that company says that they don’t handle fetal remains.
