Property owners can apply for fix-up help

Columbus homeowners and landlords can begin applying to receive fix-up help from the city. This annual program is a part of a contract from the Columbus City Council which aims at preventing properties from becoming vacant or rundown. This year, the city expects to have a budget of $2.2 million.
