The lawn in front of Ohio State’s Wexner Medical Center has been transformed today in to a garden of pinwheels. Approximately 7,900 pinwheels have been set-up near the front plaza, one to represent each life-saving organ transplant performed at Ohio State since 1967. Each of the pinwheels features a stem with eight spokes to show how organ donations from one person can save as many as eight lives. (jj)
