Deputies arrest genius who posted vid of himself drinking and driving
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office reports they were able to make an arrest as a Columbus man was drinking, driving and posting video of his actions onto Facebook.
Authorities were tipped off that 28-year-old Dustin Riggers was posting clips of his dangerous actions on Monday in an area just south of I-270. Authorities were able to use clues from the video to determine Rigger’s identity and his whereabout and were able to make the traffic stop.
Riggers was charged with OVI, OVI Refusal, Following too Closely, Marked Lane Violation, and Open Container in a Motor Vehicle.
