North Market gets a new lease on life

The 20-year lease the city of Columbus signed with the North Market Development Authority is about to expire in November. And while negotiations for the new lease are still going on, it  probably won’t look anything like the original lease from nearly two decades ago (when the city charged just $1 a year in rent for the building and parking lot.)

Over the years, North Market has grown and been a notable presence in the downtown scene.
