900+ apartments, retail coming to Hayden Run / Avery Road
Columbus City Council has given the go-ahead for a 900+ unit apartment complex in the Hilliard / Dublin area. The development near Hayden Run and Avery Road will include more than 55 acres of residential space and 40 additional for retail.
No date has been set for construction to begin.
