And a roundabout New Alany goes
New Albany put in its first roundabout and while the loop-de-loop of it should be pretty easy to understand, it seems like that’s not the case. So the city is distributing a brochure. About 5,000 brochures are being placed around New Albany (at schools and libraries) explaining what a roundabout is, how to drive through one, and why it was built.
