Bike the Breweries event to raise funds for cancer research

Organizers have announced the return of Bike the Breweries. The charity ride, now in its 3rd year, serves as a fundraiser for the James Cancer Hospital. Registration is $50 and is open to just fifty riders. The August 22nd event will begin at 8:30am at North High Brewing in the Short North. Ten brewery stops are planned:

Four String Brewing Co.
Zauber
Gordon Biersch
Columbus Brewing Company
Barley’s
Elevator
Wolf’s Ridge
Seventh Son

Riders will travel 16 miles, sample 22 beers and raise some dough for cancer research. (jj)
