Bob Evans selling 145 restaurant lots, and then lease them back
New Albany-based Bob Evans is selling the land on which 145 of the chain’s restaurants sit…but they aren’t going anywhere. When the $200 million deal with the realty buyer goes through, Bob Evans will lease the spaces. 20-year-deals will be in place with options to renew for as much as another 25 years beyond.
