April 2nd is #WorldAustismAwareness Day. Buildings all over will be lighting up blue for the day. But it’s not just buildings that are being encouraged to go blue; on Autism Speaks’ website there are suggestions for individuals to participate by changing their lightbulbs blue, shading their profile pic blue, to uploading photos to social media using the hashtag: #LIUB. Several Columbus buildings will be ‘Lighting Up Blue’ today, and we would love to see (so tweet us!) which buildings you spot going blue today around the city. (deb)
Columbus buildings #LIUB:
- The Brain Center
- Cedar Point
- COSI
- Helping Hands Center
- The Learning Spectrum
- Noble Academy
- Pitt Plastics
- Short North – Arches
