Easton Chuy’s looks to hire ahead of September opening

Austin-based Tex-Mex restaurant Chuy’s is expected to open by the end of September at Easton Gateway. The 65-location chain promises to serve up their brand of fresh-rolled enchiladas, ‘big as yo face’ burritos and more when they open the doors to their 7,400-square-foot space.

Chuy’s has announced that they are looking to fill 175 staff positions including bartenders, servers and kitchen staff. Those who are interested should visit their hiring site at 3955 Morse Crossing at Easton Town Center. Hours for application are Monday through Saturday from 9am to 6pm.  (jj)
