Enjoy better? Time Warner ruins Cyber Monday for customers in 4 states
Time Warner says that cable and internet service disruptions that affected people in four states Monday night have been corrected. That’s some comfort to customers (including many in Columbus) who had trouble scoring Cyber Monday deals when they got home from work last night.
The issues began just after 8pm ET and dragged on for about two hours. Many customers took to social media to express their anger.
