Grandview Yard set to grow again
Developers on Wednesday announced plans for a new phase of the Grandview Yard project. Already, 274 apartments are open and occupied as part of Apartments at the Yard. And with interest still high, the plan now is for more units. The east side of Yard street is set to get a four-story L-shaped building with 166 additional units and underground parking. Construction on The Brooks will begin later this month with work finished next summer.
