‘Hang On Sloopy,’ it’s almost official

Ohio is about to make it official. Yesterday (March 4), the Ohio House passed a bill that makes “Hang On Sloopy” the official State song. The song was put forth as a resolution in 1985 as the state’s rock song, but it never made it into law. The bill now marches over to the Senate for approval. (deb)
