Judds linked to 50 car break-ins near OSU campus

Columbus Police believe they know who is responsible for a string of more than 50 car break-ins near the Ohio State campus.

Raymond Judd and wife Britnei Judd are the department’s top suspects in the cases. Authorities say that the pair has five pending criminal cases against them. The Judds have appeared in court numerous times, charged with misdemeanor petty crime offenses. Police say that the duo is usually found guilty, serve a couple of days in jail and then return to the streets to resume their pattern of criminality.  (jj)
