Kroger upgrades app to enhance shopping experience
Kroger has upgraded its mobile app in hopes of improving the shopping experience for its customers. Among the changes:
- The app recalls the user’s grocery list and can identify for the customer where the item can be found in the store.
- Users can also add items to the list at home by scanning an item’s product code.
- The app will display the week’s new on-sale items and other products that customers may find of interest based on previous store purchases.
(That whole thing about telling you the location of an item in the store is going to be a major time saver for me!)
