Macy’s parade to end in Upper Arlington
45 years after first opening its doors, the Upper Arlington Macy’s store is closing for good. The retailer has announced plans to shut 14 of their 790 stores and sadly, the location at the Kingsdale Shopping Center is among the casualties. Macy’s plans to offer the 115 affected employees severance packages and possible employment at other locations. The store will close by the end of March. (jj)
