New pipe-dream for Keyes Plumbing property in the works
The Keyes Plumbing property on (111-115) W Vine St. was been sold for $975,000, with plans for redevelopment. The 9,900-square-foot brick property, that was the former Hearn Tool & Machine Co. manufacturing facility (from the 1920s), was sold to Finance Two LLC. The company plans to redevelopment the building with a possible retail spot on the first floor and commercial or office space on the second and third floors. (deb)
